Return Process

Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your Frosty Sweet Factory treats for any signs of transit damage or temperature-related issues.
- 2.Contact Customer Care
If there is an issue, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items.
- 3.Verification Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim and photos within 2 business days to verify the issue and approve your resolution.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
